About conference

Yet another Conference 2011, Yandex’ second technology conference, was held on September 19 at the World Trade Center Moscow.

The conference included talks on the role of mathematics in computer science, programming techniques, information security, mobile technology, frontend development, administration, testing and distributed computing and data storage.

Yandex employees and representatives from international companies such as Google, Facebook, Opera Software, Kaspersky Lab, Cloudera, Nigma, Shturmann, Cloud9 IDE, as well as researchers from the university of Tel Aviv and ISP RAS took part in YaC-2011.

The conference was organized into three streams and include both presentations in English and Russian.

A technology exhibition was held in the foyer during the event.
